Have kids combine a photo of their face with a drawing of their costume along with a description of the costume. Combine all of the pages from a class into a class catalog. Younger students are able to do the drawing and write a limited amount while upper elementary students can draw and complete a great, creative description within 45 minutes worth of work time. With younger students, this can be more elaborate if the students take the time to do the descriptive writing before coming to the computer lab to compile the project.
